Philippe Jodin hat die Alegra Capital 2003 mitgegründet.

Zuvor war er Direktionsmitglied bei Centre Solutions AG, Zürich. Er war für die quantitative Analyse komplexer Transaktionen zuständig und gehörte dem Centre Europe CDO Team an. Er entwickelte u.a. stochastische Pricing- und Analyse-Modelle für CDO Transaktionen und Equity-Correlations-Swaps für die Centre Gruppe, zu welcher er 1998 stiess. Zuvor war er Aktuar bei der Canadian Surety Company in Toronto.

Philippe Jodin ist Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (F.C.A.S) und graduierte am Institut de Science Financière et d‘Assurances in Lyon.
